Rich has been ministering in churches for over 15 years. His desire is to see individuals and families build a relationship with Christ and others. Rich has a B.A. from California Baptist University as does his wife since 1990, Janelle. The Rayls have 3 daughters, Amy, Amber and Autumn, and they all look forward to meeting you at CCDH!

Jeff has been in youth ministry in churches and other ministries for over 15 years. He and his wife Georgia are parents to five children and live in Desert Hills, AZ.
He believes that Jesus Christ is the answer for all people and has a desire to share the gospel with young people so God will open their eyes to the truth.
